Yes, Amunra can simply be swapped out for your regular coffee grounds or beans.

Yes, Amunra is completely safe. If you are very sensitive, we would advise starting with no more than one cup in the morning and generally recommend that you do not have it close to bedtime as this could affect your sleep. The half-life of caffeine is approximately 3-5 hours, so half the caffeine ingested remains after this time.

No, you don’t have to. One cup before exercise is sufficient to receive the recovery benefits and it is not required to have another coffee after exercise. However if you want to you can, and studies have found that caffeine consumed with carbohydrate actually enhances glycogen re-synthesis (ref). Try making a cappuccino or latte with milk to make an excellent recovery drink packed with protein and polyphenols.

This is a myth, it has been shown that coffee does not act as a diuretic and in fact provides similar hydrating qualities to water when consumed by regular coffee drinkers. (ref)
